Abstract

This article analyzes the collaboration between CILLATECHPARK and the Cancer Center of Guarapuava/São Vicente Hospital in developing surgical models using 3D printing technology for oncological surgery planning. The research shows how collaborative ecosystems between technology parks and healthcare institutions can drive significant innovations in cancer treatment. Results demonstrate a 50% reduction in surgical time, decrease in patient recovery period from 30 to 12 days, and improved procedure precision. The study highlights how integration between different innovation ecosystem actors allowed democratizing access to advanced technologies in the Brazilian Public Health System. It concludes that collaborative governance models between innovation environments and healthcare institutions represent a new paradigm for developing accessible technological solutions with high social impact.
