Regulação da Inteligência Artificial: Ação Coletiva que Requer Governança

O artigo apresenta argumentos favoráveis à regulação da IA, enfatizando a importância de obter garantia da confiabilidade dos dados e das regras de negócio utilizadas nos sistemas. Comenta sobre a necessidade de equilíbrio na regulação, que pode ser obtida combinando legislação com normas flexíveis. Por fim, discorre que, para que a regulação seja viável, é preciso que haja uma governança nacional, com a participação do Congresso e de uma agência reguladora.
