Abstract

The paper presents arguments favoring AI regulation, emphasizing the importance of ensuring data reliability and business rules used in the systems. It also comments on the need for balance in regulation, combining legislation with flexible standards. Finally, it argues that, for regulation to be viable, there must be national governance, with the participation of Congress and a regulatory agency.
