Abstract

In the face of the Digital Transformation scenario, it is essential to ensure that all individuals can take advantage of new technological resources, fully integrating into their communities. Digital Inclusion, Digital Literacy and Digital Qualification are combined actions that guarantee the Digital Empowerment of individuals, allowing them to have universal access to information, giving them the ability to select and interpret them critically, generating knowledge in a network and creating new physical and virtual spaces and mechanisms of social participation.
