Innovation Habitats Network of Southwestern and Southern Paraná — An Experience of Integration and Regional Strengthening

Abstract

This report presents the experience of the Innovation Habitats Network of Southwestern and Southern Paraná, coordinated by SEBRAE/PR, which proposed a structured model for integrating and strengthening the region's innovation environments. The initiative aimed to overcome common challenges such as underutilization, lack of metrics, and low integration, through the adoption of collaborative methodologies and management tools like OKR and Business Intelligence. The process involved stages of awareness, integration, planning, implementation of innovative business generation programs, and systematic monitoring of results. As an outcome, the network achieved greater strategic alignment, strengthened business models of the habitats, and expanded the impact on the regional innovation ecosystem.
