The Inova REPE Journey is a joint initiative by the University of Pernambuco (UPE) and the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) to promote GovTech open innovation journeys aimed at developing entrepreneurial skills and competencies in university environments, encouraging the solution of real problems in the state of Pernambuco. The project’s expected outcomes include delivering solutions to challengers, as well as training innovators and entrepreneurs to strengthen the Pernambuco ecosystem. Accordingly, the development of soft skills such as teamwork, effective communication, problem-solving, and proactivity is emphasized. The statewide scope of the Journey required virtual solutions, and for this purpose, the Anna App was selected to assess participants’ socio-emotional skills and competencies. As a result, 263 participants were served, enabling them to self-assess their soft skills and participate in 27 learning tracks focused on these competencies.
