Abstract

This best practices report describes the synergistic model between the Pre-Incubator – an integral initiative of Colégio Positivo Londrina for high school students and educators – and EcoHub Londrina, Universidade Positivo's innovation environment. The Colégio's Pre- Incubator focuses on awakening an innovation culture and developing early-stage entrepreneurial skills, preparing youth for contemporary challenges. Its methodology combines a detailed development track with collaborative immersions in real innovation environments (such as UTFPR, Construhub, TCS, Expo Londrina/Sebrae), all conducted and fostered by the college. The "unique connection," which forms the core of this best practice, materializes in the strategic and fluid integration with EcoHub Londrina (University Positivo), offering a structured path for the continuity, deepening, and maturation of these talents and their innovative projects. The report presents the direct results and formative impacts of the college initiatives and also highlights relevant achievements of EcoHub Londrina – such as regional hackathon awards, incubated startups with market potential, and significant social impact projects – as evidence of the ecosystem's vitality and dynamism that this integrated School-University pipeline helps build, nurture, and strengthen, in full alignment with Quadruple Helix principles and the demands for more resilient and integrated innovation ecosystems.
