A Gamified Platform for Reviewing High School Content With a Problem-Based Approach

Distance Education (EaD) has been adopted for a long time in Brazil, however, the lack of adaptation to the use of tools applied in EaD brought difficulties for teachers to adopt an adequate teaching methodology for students' learning. Therefore, in order to contribute to the engagement of the students' teaching and learning process, this work proposed a web application that acts as a platform for reviewing High School content through the use of gamification resources and the use of an active methodology based on problems. With the conclusion of the work, it was noted that the use of gamification resources and the active methodology based on problems bring greater engagement and interest in student learning.
