Abstract

One of the motivations for process mining in organizations is the possibility to increase business process visibility through visual and analytical analysis of data contained in process execution records. This motivation is also true for public administration organizations. However, with an additional potential dimension, which we would like to discuss in this article: process mining as a tool for promoting public transparency.
