Quais as soft skills mais valorizadas em projetos de software? Uma visão comparativa entre as perspectivas de líderes e não líderes.

As soft skills são fundamentais em projetos de software, mas sua importância percebida varia conforme o papel e a experiência dos profissionais. Este estudo investiga como líderes e não líderes valorizam soft skills em um grande Instituto de Ciência e Tecnologia brasileiro. Utilizando uma pesquisa quali-quantitativa com 42 profissionais, analisamos as avaliações de 15 soft skills por meio de estatísticas descritivas, rank-biased overlap e open coding. Os resultados mostram que trabalho em equipe, comprometimento & responsabilidade e comunicação são altamente valorizados, mas diferenças relevantes existem entre líderes & não líderes e entre níveis de senioridade. Essas descobertas oferecem reflexões para a composição de equipes, práticas de liderança e desenvolvimento profissional, contribuindo para um entendimento mais profundo dos fatores humanos no desenvolvimento de sistemas de informação.
