Abstract

Os não especialistas em desenvolvimento de sistemas de informação (SI) geralmente não estão dispostos a participar de iniciativas de desenvolvimento de SI, mesmo quando aberto e colaborativo, devido à sua falta de habilidades tecnológicas. Nosso objetivo de pesquisa é identificar fatores que possam influenciá-los a participar. Identificamos esses fatores por meio de um estudo qualitativo e interpretativo baseado em entrevistas de cinco contextos brasileiros de desenvolvimento aberto e colaborativo, tendo como modelo teórico a Teoria do Comportamento Planejado. Nossas unidades de análise foram iniciativas que ocorreram em ambientes universitários. Nossos resultados são úteis para envolver desenvolvedores que não são de SI a participarem de iniciativas de desenvolvimento aberto e colaborativo e melhorar a multidisciplinaridade na inovação.
