Abstract

No cenário atual, vive-se em um mundo aberto no qual negócios e organizações só permanecerão competitivos se aprenderem a desenvolver estratégias para interação e colaboração. Apesar da colaboração ter seus benefícios reconhecidos nas organizações, a sua dinâmica em ecossistemas encontra uma série de desafios. Este artigo inicialmente traz uma investigação sobre a colaboração em diferentes ecossistemas (digital, de software, de negócios e de inovação) a partir de um mapeamento sistemático da literatura. Desafios como a ausência de plataformas de apoio, necessidade de adaptação de processos e questões sociais (e.g., ausência de confiança e liderança) foram identificados. Em seguida, a partir dos resultados de um estudo exploratório em um ecossistema real e suas diferentes perspectivas, selecionou-se o contexto de ecossistemas de inovação social e uma pesquisa de opinião com especialistas foi conduzida a fim de entender aspectos de colaboração. Ambos os estudos permitiram a identificação de requisitos para uma plataforma digital e, então, a proposta de um mapa mental para representar aspectos de colaboração em ecossistemas digitais de inovação social. Como contribuição, este trabalho apoia pesquisadores e profissionais com um artefato que tem o intuito de apoiar o projeto e desenvolvimento de soluções neste contexto.

Biografia do Autor

Rodrigo Pereira dos Santos, Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO)

Assistant Professor at the Department of Applied Informatics at the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO, Brazil). PhD in Software Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (COPPE/UFRJ, Brazil). He was Academic Visitor at University College London (UCL, UK) and Postdoc Researcher at COPPE/UFRJ.

Head of the Complex Systems Engineering Laboratory (Lab ESC), leading a team of 20 students with more than 30 partners over the world. His research interests are Complex Systems Engineering (especially software ecosystems and systems-of-systems) and Software Engineering Education.

He is member of Education Evaluating Commission at the Brazilian Ministry of Education. He is also Coordinator of the Special Commission of Information Systems of the Brazilian Computer Society (CESI/SBC) and Editor-in-Chief of iSys: Brazilian Journal of Information Systems.

He worked in several projects related to software process improvement and reuse management in large companies at Coppetec Foundation (2008-2017). He was also lecturer at Brazilian Open University, COPPE/UFRJ, UNIRIO, Infnet Institute, and Santa Úrsula University (2007-2017).
