Um mapeamento sistemático da literatura sobre a avaliação em pares das competências de um indivíduo em uma equipe de projetos de software

O sucesso de um projeto de software depende das competências dos indivíduos da equipe. Para isso, é necessário que cada indivíduo seja avaliado para que seja possível determinar as competências que ele possui e como elas podem ser desempenhadas em um projeto de software. Este artigo tem como objetivo realizar um mapeamento sistemático da literatura para identificar como a avaliação em pares está sendo utilizada na avaliação de equipes de projetos de software e quais são as competências avaliadas neste contexto. Foram definidas quatro questões de pesquisa que nortearam a busca em dez mecanismos de busca acadêmica durante o período de setembro de 2018. Dos 363 documentos encontrados, após os critérios de inclusão e exclusão, 23 artigos foram selecionados para leitura. Com base nos 23 artigos selecionados, é possível identificar que existem diferentes tipos, métodos, estratégias e ferramentas utilizadas na avaliação em pares que apoiam esse processo, mas que as competências são pouco exploradas nesse ponto, bem como existem oportunidades de pesquisa na área profissional, visto que a maioria dos artigos relatam apenas experiências acadêmicas.
