Getting to Know the Brazilian IS Community

This article presents the results of a questionnaire developed by the Coordination of the Special Committee on Information Systems (CE-SI 2025-2026) of the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC) to understand the profile of the Information Systems (IS) community in Brazil. The article includes an overview of the characteristics, perceptions, and interests of 67 respondents and outlines an action plan for the development of the community in the global context.
