Indexing

  • CrossRef: RBIE assigns a DOI to each published article, following CrossRef standards.
  • DBLP: the computer science bibliography database has included RBIE among its indexed journals. Articles published after 2009 are already available on DBLP.
  • Miguilim and Diadorim: initiatives maintained by the Brazilian Institute for Information in Science and Technology (Ibict). Miguilim classifies RBIE as a Diamond open-access journal; Diadorim grants RBIE the green seal, since it allows the storage and access of the preprint and postprint versions of documents in institutional/digital repositories.
  • Latindex: a platform dedicated to gathering and disseminating information about scientific journals produced in the Latin American region, also including those that disseminate Ibero-American studies worldwide.
  • OpenAlex: a global, open, and free indexer of academic journals that counts the citations received by the articles published by RBIE. This index counts only citations from articles registered in CrossRef.
  • UC Library Search: an indexer that lists journals and magazines by title, providing information about the publisher, indexing, and subjects.

H-index

In 2025, Google Scholar assigned an h5-index = 17 to RBIE. This index refers to the h-index of the articles published between 2020 and 2024.

The h5-median is 27, which corresponds to the median number of citations of the articles that make up the h5-index.
